Magic Touch Giveaway Hop

Welcome to the Magic Touch Giveaway Hop! What creates that special bit of magic between two people? Chemistry? Pheromones mixing just right? Who knows; but we can all recognize it when we see it. I’ve included an excerpt below from Safeword: Quinacridone, because I think Travis has the magic touch when it comes to Cara. I’ll be giving away an ebook copy of Safeword: Quinacridone Tuesday, April 30th. There are three ways to enter — do all three and you’ll be entered three times, or do one and you’re entered once: Follow me on Facebook and let me know about it (email, comment, or FB message) Follow me on Twitter and let me know about it (email, comment, or Twitter me) Comment below.

Celebrating St. Valentine Blog Hop

Welcome to the Celebrating St. Valentine Blog Hop! Do you have any exciting plans for Valentine’s Day? I have no idea what my husband is planning. I suggested a few things, but he generally likes to surprise me. Last year he bought me a full day’s worth of pampering at a local spa. I wouldn’t mind a repeat. I’ll give away the winner’s choice of Safeword: Davenport or Safewords: Davenport and Chiffon on Monday, February 18th.   There are three ways to enter. Do all three and you’ll be entered three times, or do one and you’re entered once: Follow me on Facebook and let me know about it (email, comment, or FB message) Follow me on Twitter and let me know about it (email, comment, or Twitter me) Comment below. If you’re already following me on Facebook or Twitter let me know who you are and I’ll count it. These aren’t beginner BDSM books. Everything’s consensual, but the power exchange goes deep — my masochists enjoy real pain, and my sadists enjoy dishing it out. If you’re only interested in a little slap and tickle, these might be a bit much. To read a blurb and excerpt, click the image and you’ll be taken to the book’s page. You must be 18 or older to enter. Make sure you leave your email address in the comments. Good luck to all who enter! —————– You can return to the Celebrating St. Valentine Blog Hop page to continue on the hop!

Heartbreaker Blog Hop

Welcome to the Heartbreaker Blog Hop! I’m busy writing the sequel to Safeword: Matte right now, and what better couple to highlight over Valentine’s Day? They’re perfect for each other, but when we last saw them the wedding was still four months away, and there was quite a bit of, ummm, preparation, before the honeymoon. I can’t wait to tell the rest of their story, but in the meantime, for those who may not have read Safeword: Matte, I’ll give away one ebook copy Tuesday, February 12th. There are three ways to enter — do all three and you’ll be entered three times, or do one and you’re entered once: Follow me on Facebook and let me know about it (email, comment, or FB message) Follow me on Twitter and let me know about it (email, comment, or Twitter me) Comment below. Chocolate, Roses and Handcuffs Giveaway Hop!

Welcome to the Chocolate, Roses and Handcuffs Giveaway Hop! The question of the day is: If this Valentines Day you get handcuffs from your partner, what message would you like to see on the gift tag? First, I have to point out how impracticable handcuffs are. They’re unforgiving metal and they almost always press on this one particular nerve, no matter how you try to relax your wrists. So I’m gonna answer the question as if I’m receiving soft leather wrist cuffs, instead. My DH has been known to text me to check my email while I’m at work, and when I check my personal email I find a note to go home and put my ankle and wrist cuffs on, and to set up a variety of toys. Perhaps the note will say to lay out a particular flogger and cane; or nipple clamps, a vibrating plug, and some zip ties; or any number of other things. Sometimes the instructions are just to be sure I’m lubed, stretched, and naked when he gets home. We’ve recently acquired one day a week our kids go straight to an extracurricular activity from school, and we have about forty five minutes of alone time before we have to go pick them up. This week the instructions were to meet him at the range so we could squeeze in some target practice. It was fun, but I’m hoping for something a little sexier next week. What kind of instructions would you like to see on a Valentines Note, and what toy would you most like to receive? I’ll give away the winner’s choice of Safeword: Davenport or Safewords: Davenport and Chiffon on Friday, February 8th.    There are three ways to enter. Happy Endings Giveaway Hop

Welcome to the Happy Endings Giveaway Hop! What is it that makes us westerners insist upon happy endings? Don’t get me wrong — I’m all for ’em — but so many Asian cultures produce books with terrible endings; the more heartbreakingly ironic the ending, the better the story. Not only do I want a happy ending, sometimes I’m aggravated when there’s too much manufactured conflict. I was feeling this way when I wrote Safeword: Matte, and as a result we get to see two people coming together and finding their own path without a lot of drama thrown in from all directions. I’ll give away one copy of Safeword: Matte on Sunday, January 27th. There are three ways to enter — do all three and you’ll be entered three times, or do one and you’re entered once: Follow me on Facebook and let me know about it (email, comment, or FB message) Follow me on Twitter and let me know about it (email, comment, or Twitter me) Comment below. Naughty New Years Blog Hop

Welcome to the Naughty New Years Blog Hop! The magic cookie bars, chocolate chip cookies, and cheesecake are finally gone; and it’s time for me to eat right again. Once Nutcracker season was over — with lots and lots of exercise — I’ve only managed to work out twice in *looks at the calendar* three weeks. Uggg. I created a workout schedule and posted it on the back of the bathroom door, and asked my wonderful husband to be sure I stick to it for at least three months, as once I get back on a schedule it won’t be hard to keep to it. For those of you who know about our lifestyle, the consequences won’t be pretty if I miss a day and he doesn’t think I have an excellent reason for doing so. This most certainly falls into the be-careful-what-you-ask-for category. I also have a few writing oriented items on a checklist. Almost every beta reader for Safeword: Quinacridone wanted to know more about Papa Bear. Oddly enough, as I wrote the book I knew what his evening would be like when he left the art gallery, and I’ve decided to attempt a short story. So far I’ve proven incapable of writing anything short — they all end up novellas, or sometimes novels. However, if I keep the narrative to twelve hours, surely I can keep it below 10,000 words? We’ll see.    Once I’ve finished Papa Bear’s story I’ll finally begin the follow-up to Safeword: Matte. This book is likely going to be really long, as my outline is eleven pages. Do you have any New Year Resolutions? Let’s get to the good stuff: Today I’ll be giving away your choice of either of the Davenport books. There are three ways to enter for the prize […]

Christmas Wishes Blog Hop

Welcome to Christmas Wishes Blog Hop! I thought I’d scheduled the post, but it didn’t publish. I should’ve known better than to sign up for a hop during Nutcracker season! Ah well, better late than never? I’ll give away the winners choice of an ebook copy of either Safeword: Davenport or Safewords: Davenport and Chiffon on Thursday, December 13th. There are three ways to enter for the Davenport giveaway. Do all three and you’ll be entered three times, or do one and you’re entered once: Follow me on Facebook and let me know about it (email, comment, or FB message) Follow me on Twitter and let me know about it (email, comment, or Twitter me) Comment below. If you’re already following on Facebook or Twitter let me know who you are, and I’ll count it. These aren’t beginner BDSM books. Everything is consensual, but it’s real pain, and about as close as one can get to total surrender while sustaining a career. If you’re only interested in a little slap and tickle, these might be a bit much. Here’s the blurb for Safeword: Davenport Dana has never submitted to anyone but her husband — he trained her, taught her to submit. He’s been dead a year and a half though, and she’s beginning to consider the possibility of dating again. She sticks to vanilla at first, but quickly realizes she’s going to need more. As she’s considering the idea of finding someone who would enjoy hurting her without requiring her submission, her life is complicated by a Dom who pushes all of her buttons. Safeword: Davenport is the first half of Dana’s story, it’s the personal part of her journey, and has a Happy for Now ending. Safewords: Davenport and Chiffon tells the rest of her story and gives us […]
