A power exchange relationship is defined by the people in it and what works for them. The Safeword series lets you look into a variety of relationships and experience some of the many flavors of extreme kink.

Warning: Graphic language, consensual BDSM, bondage, anal sex, chemical play, enemas, extreme objectification, fisting, intense sensory deprivation, male chastity devices, male/male sexual practices, temporary body modification with saline injections, and the use of toys including clamps, canes, plugs, cages, clips, crops, floggers, gags, paddles, plugs, whips, and zip-ties.

 Safeword: Davenport
Dana has never submitted to anyone but her husband, but he died a year and a half ago, and she’s beginning to consider the possibility of dating again. She sticks to vanilla at first, but quickly realizes she needs more. As she’s considering the idea of finding someone who’d enjoy hurting her without requiring her submission, her life is complicated by a Dom who pushes all of her buttons.

Safewords: Davenport and Chiffon
Dana is ready to submit to Zach, but she’s going to be surprised by the depth of her submission. She’s comfortable dominating Jacob, but can a power exchange relationship work with four people?  Zach thought he’d worked through his issues, but a painful reminder of the past makes him question whether he can accept Dana’s submission.

Safeword: Quinacridone
What happens when an introverted artist who only likes sex when it’s a one-night stand meets a computer-geek-extraordinaire with his own sexy secrets? Objectification, romance, pain, adoration, oodles and oodles of wonderfully imaginative sex, and blow-your-mind kink.safeword-series-3d-wide-418x537-cropped

Safeword: Matte
Matte, pronounced mah-tay, is the word used in some forms of martial arts to stop a fight. It’s the Japanese word for stop or wait. Sam (short for Samantha) has made a hobby out of learning various fighting disciplines, but she also happens to be a sexual submissive. Sam wants to find someone to submit to who she can’t beat in a fight. She’s tried to make it work with men from the scene who know nothing about fighting, but she needs someone who can control her. However, after dating from the fight scene and discovering not all guys like to spank their girlfriends, she’s decided to back away from the whole dating thing… until Fate steps in.

Safeword: Matte – In Training
The wedding is four months away, and Ethan has promised to train Sam to handle a planned honeymoon activity. When she reaches her weekly target, she gets a massage and lots of fun orgasms — but if she doesn’t, it’s the stainless steel cane. All this along with navigating her clients’ dramas, dealing with her mother while planning the wedding, and having lots and lots of wild and kinky sex. And we haven’t even mentioned the bachelorette party.

No Safeword: Matte –The Honeymoon
The wedding ceremony’s over and the couple’s on their way to Hawaii. After so much build-up for the big night, how will Ethan handle it? Sam has no idea, and while she’s pretty sure she’s ready, she’s still a bit nervous. Who wouldn’t be?

No Safeword: Matte – Happily Ever After
The honeymoon’s over and it’s time for Sam and Ethan to start the rest of their lives together. Fate has been kind to the couple so far, but can their luck hold out? Is their relationship strong enough to withstand the challenges ahead? Fasten your seat belts and hang onto your hats for the final installment of the Matte series.

Safeword: Arabesque
Cassie’s introduction to kink throws her for a loop until a friend and his slave give her a tender introduction. When her friend won’t take her past gentle guidance, Cassie goes looking for someone else to teach her. She knows how to be safe, but a disastrous adventure ends with an ambulance ride to the emergency room, and the three men it hasn’t worked out with come together to nurse her back to health. Two Doms and two submissives in one house should be a nightmare waiting to happen, though under the right circumstances could be a dream come true. Readers with a history of sexual trauma may find elements of Safeword: Arabesque disturbing.

  1. Amazon punishes small presses (and indie authors) for pricing anything over 9.99, so no, it won’t be.

Smashwords offers a Kindle format, with instructions for how to get the file to your Kindle, but the easiest way is to email the file to your Kindle email address, which puts it in your cloud so you can download to your device(s).
