A Recap of 2017 Releases, and Current Specials & Freebies

A boxed set with all nine titles in The Safeword Series is available at half the cost of purchasing them individually.   Sorry, it isn’t available at Amazon because they punish small pubs who dare sell anything over $9.99. If you have a Kindle, you can buy from Smashwords and email the file to your Kindle email address to get it into your Amazon cloud. Destiny was rescued from the Celrau near the end of ONLY HUMAN. We know one of Nathan’s lions escorted her to the hospital – this is what happened next. It’s been fourteen years since Keisha’s criminal actions put their son in foster care while Darnell was out of the country on a Navy SEAL mission. His attorneys handled all communication with her during the divorce proceedings, and he hasn’t spoken with her for nearly a decade and a half. When she’s finally paroled, his wolf is insistent he makes sure she has a place to live and help getting on her feet. Wolves mate for life, but the man can’t forgive her for putting their son at risk. Safeword: Matte is on Instafreebie! Claim your free copy here:  https://www.instafreebie.com/free/6Wo1F     Matte, pronounced mah-tay, is the word used in some forms of martial arts to stop a fight. It’s the Japanese word for stop or wait. Sam (short for Samantha) has made a hobby out of learning the various fighting disciplines, but she also happens to be a sexual submissive. What better safeword than matte? Sam wants to find someone to submit to who she can’t beat in a fight. She’s tried to make it work with men from the scene who know nothing about fighting, but it doesn’t feel real to her – she needs someone who can truly control her. However, after dating from the fight scene and discovering not all guys like to spank their girlfriends, she’s decided to just back away from the whole dating thing for a while… until Fate decides to step in. Warning: This title contains graphic language, consensual BDSM, bondage, and use of toys including crops, clamps, canes, and floggers.   iBooks Coupon Codes!!! Boxed Set — both Davenport books

If you haven’t read the two Davenport books, they are now available as a boxed set. I told the origin of the story when Safeword: Davenport first came out, but here it is again. My husband needed to have emergency open heart surgery involving a heart valve. He was in surgery for something like eight or ten hours, and if we hadn’t had one of the top thoracic surgeons in the nation there’s a very good chance I wouldn’t have him with me any more. Both his surgeon and his cardiologist were carefully preparing me for the worst, at first. The first few days I sat in the ICU waiting room and typed when I couldn’t be by his side, and then when he went to a room, I sat by his side while he slept, and I typed. My kids stayed at my parents house, and I Skyped them in the morning, and then helped with homework over Skype in the evenings. Otherwise, I was typing. I believe time heals all wounds, so I wrote a story of someone who’d lost her husband a year before, and was just beginning to figure out how to start living again. He’s my soul mate, and working to convince myself I’d survive, eventually, was the only thing that kept me sane. When the doctors finally started talking about him eventually going home again, I set the story aside and didn’t go back to it for over a year. It took a piece of my soul to write these books. My husband is fine now. He needs antibiotics before he goes to the dentist, and he has quite the scar running down his chest, and I can still feel the wires they used to reconnect his sternum, but otherwise, there are no residual […]

Reduced Price on both Safeword books

Both Safeword: Rainbow and  Safeword: Storm Clouds are now $3.99 at Amazon and Bookstrand. As the publishers figure out the new realities of ebooks versus paper books, I don’t think anyone knows what the pricing models should look like. My publisher makes all pricing decisions, and at this point I’m trusting them to price things where they should be. I’m happy to see my books priced a little lower, if that will put them in the hands of more people.
