After Valentine’s Day Sale

Are you up for a love story with an edge? Do you want some kink with your romance?  Safeword: Quinacridone is on sale at Amazon this weekend for $2.99. This isn’t a short story, at 118,000 words and 305 pages, this one’ll keep you engrossed for a while. What happens when an introverted artist who only likes sex when it’s a one-night stand meets a computer-geek-extraordinaire with his own sexy secrets? Objectification, romance, pain, adoration, lots of kinky toys, and oodles and oodles of wonderfully imaginative sex. Join Cara and Travis on their journey to mesh their distinctive sexual tastes into a loving relationship with blow-your-mind kink.  Ob·jec·ti·fi·ca·tion: Treating a person as an object for use, with no regard for a person’s personality or sentience. Regarding someone as a commodity; considering them merely an instrument towards one’s sexual pleasure. Examples of OBJECTIFICATION: A woman is on her back at the edge of a tall bed with hands and feet bound together and restrained above her head. A curtain drapes from a canopy above and puddles on the backs of her thighs. The man about to penetrate her sees only female genitals available for use. A woman is dressed in a full latex blow-up doll costume with durable latex ‘pockets’ stuffed into her orifices. She is bound into a position giving easy access to all three holes at a party. Her face is completely covered excepting nose and mouth. The men do not know who is in the costume. Safeword: Quinacridone is a stand-alone book. You do not need to have read the previous books in this series. Warning: This title contains graphic language, consensual BDSM, extreme objectification, bondage, watersports (one scene), chemical play, fisting, temporary body modification with saline injections (one scene), and the use of toys including clamps, […]

Sweet-N-Sassi gives Safeword: Quinacridone 5 Stars

Susan at Sweet-N-Sassi gave Safeword: Quinacridone Five Stars and said: Candace pens “Safeword Quinacridone” in an intense plot with extremely hot sex scenes. Her characters were interesting and I enjoyed the love story within, but WOW this was really steamy! Filled with BDSM that brought the book over the top. A well written and recommended book for all erotica BDSM fans, but not for those with a faint heart.

Celebrating St. Valentine Blog Hop

Welcome to the Celebrating St. Valentine Blog Hop! Do you have any exciting plans for Valentine’s Day? I have no idea what my husband is planning. I suggested a few things, but he generally likes to surprise me. Last year he bought me a full day’s worth of pampering at a local spa. I wouldn’t mind a repeat. I’ll give away the winner’s choice of Safeword: Davenport or Safewords: Davenport and Chiffon on Monday, February 18th.   There are three ways to enter. Do all three and you’ll be entered three times, or do one and you’re entered once: Follow me on Facebook and let me know about it (email, comment, or FB message) Follow me on Twitter and let me know about it (email, comment, or Twitter me) Comment below. If you’re already following me on Facebook or Twitter let me know who you are and I’ll count it. These aren’t beginner BDSM books. Everything’s consensual, but the power exchange goes deep — my masochists enjoy real pain, and my sadists enjoy dishing it out. If you’re only interested in a little slap and tickle, these might be a bit much. To read a blurb and excerpt, click the image and you’ll be taken to the book’s page. You must be 18 or older to enter. Make sure you leave your email address in the comments. Good luck to all who enter! —————– You can return to the Celebrating St. Valentine Blog Hop page to continue on the hop!

The Very Inspiring Blogger Award

La Crimson Femme nominated me for the Very Inspiring Blogger Award.  She and I have very similar reading tastes, check out her blog and her Goodreads bookshelf if you prefer your BDSM books to have more bite and less fluff. The Rules: Display the award logo on your blog. Link back to the person who nominated you. State 7 things about yourself. Nominate 15 bloggers for this award and link to them. Notify those bloggers of the nomination and the award’s requirements. Seven Things About Myself I’m apparently not capable of writing moderate S&M. I can write understated D/s without problems, though.. In a few weeks I’ll celebrate my fifteenth wedding anniversary to my soul mate. I treasure every day I have with him. I have to be sure to let my husband know when I’m researching some details for a book and it’s *not* something I’m leaving hints about wanting to spend a lot of time on. He’s a sadist though, so sometimes my protests don’t matter, if it appeals to him. I have a whole lot of experience with just about everything I write about, though there are a few things I’ve only experienced once or twice. I’m not telling which. When I get deep into writing I have to stay away from Facebook, Goodreads, Twitter, etc. If not, I’d never finish a book. I don’t watch much TV, but I enjoy Smash, Once upon a Time, Grimm, The Big Bang Theory, Beauty and the Beast, Covert Affairs, and Dexter. It’s a good thing they’re not all on at the same time or I’d never get any writing in. I nominate the below 15 bloggers I find interesting. Heartbreaker Blog Hop

Welcome to the Heartbreaker Blog Hop! I’m busy writing the sequel to Safeword: Matte right now, and what better couple to highlight over Valentine’s Day? They’re perfect for each other, but when we last saw them the wedding was still four months away, and there was quite a bit of, ummm, preparation, before the honeymoon. I can’t wait to tell the rest of their story, but in the meantime, for those who may not have read Safeword: Matte, I’ll give away one ebook copy Tuesday, February 12th.
